Story:
When the Mayor of Cloncatele threatens to demolish the extinctions made to his house, State decides that 'there's no justice in this country' and decides it's time for him to get to business and become the next Mayor for Cloncatele. Helped by Venus Bibescu, old ally, and Thierry, his right hand, State puts up for a referendum in the village to get rid of Marcel Florentin Popeanga, the current Mayor and childhood friend, who refused to help him with his administrative matter. Under Venus Bibescu's advice, State will convene the entire village at the Village Hall and will present his predecessor's errors. State gets to be Mayor, and the former Mayor, City Counselor. The two will be permanently at war with each other.
